Five controls between intake and dispatch.
01
Raw material inspection
Incoming consignments are quarantined, sampled and tested against the approved raw material specification before issue to production.
02
In-process control
Defined control points are sampled during each campaign. Results are recorded in the batch record and must meet limits before the next stage proceeds.
03
Finished goods analysis
The packed batch is tested to the full finished-product specification using validated methods within the accredited laboratory scope.
04
COA release
Quality assurance reviews the batch record and analytical data, then releases the batch and issues the certificate of analysis under signature.
05
Stability
Retained samples are held and placed on stability under monitored conditions to support shelf-life and retest date assignment.
